FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
If yours isn’t here, send it over and we’ll answer it straight.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Most clients keep their existing number and forward calls to the new AI number, so nothing changes for the people already calling you.
Who owns the account?
You do, from the start. You create the account and add your own payment method. We build and test using temporary or collaborator access, then step back. You can remove that access at any time and everything keeps working.
What happens after the 30 days?
Genuine setup defects are covered free during that window. After that, ongoing help is available but entirely optional. Nothing stops working if you decide you don’t need us anymore.
What if it doesn’t fit my business?
We’ll tell you honestly during the consultation if this isn’t the right fit rather than force a setup that won’t work. That conversation is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
Is my data safe?
Recordings, transcripts, and call data stay in your own account. We don’t keep copies outside your systems except when briefly needed for testing or support, and that copy is deleted once the work is done.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is still being finalized and gets shared during your consultation rather than published here. You’ll always see the full cost in writing before any work begins.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as a virtual receptionist, and calls that are recorded say so at the start of the call.
How long does a setup take?
It depends on how complex your call routing is. A single number with a straightforward call path moves quickly. Multiple locations or integrations take longer, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline on the call rather than a guess here.
